If a product you receive is not as described, your sole remedy is to return the item in unused condition, free from damage, and in its original packaging, subject to our Return Policy.

Billing and Shipping Address Verification

If we are unable to verify the order within 14 business days, the order may be canceled.
Special Orders
Special Order items are products that are not normally stocked by Express Parts Supply or products that must be ordered directly from a manufacturer, supplier, or distributor.
Special Order items may be subject to limited cancellation or return terms. If a Special Order item is approved for return, a restocking fee may apply. Unless otherwise stated, approved returns on Special Order items may be refunded at 80% of the original purchase price.
Sales Tax
Express Parts Supply is located in Virginia. Sales tax may be collected where required by law and is calculated during checkout.
Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees related to their purchase.
Coupons, Discounts, and Promotions
Coupons, discount codes, and promotional offers are subject to the terms listed with each promotion.
General coupon and discount guidelines:
- Coupons may only be used for eligible items.
- Items must match the coupon or promotion description.
- Only one coupon or discount may be applied per qualifying item unless otherwise stated.
- Coupons cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Coupons cannot be applied after an order has already been placed.

- If a product purchased with a coupon is returned, the refund will be based on the amount actually paid after the coupon discount.
Express Parts Supply reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any coupon, discount, or promotional offer at any time.
Order Processing
Orders are processed during normal business hours. Actual shipping times depend on product availability, payment verification, carrier pickup schedules, and order volume.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
If an order is delayed due to backorder, inventory shortage, payment verification, or another issue, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you by phone or email. You may be given the option to remain on backorder, substitute another item, or cancel the order if it has not shipped.
Payment Terms
We accept approved payment methods shown during checkout, which may include major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, or other available payment options.
All orders must be paid in full before shipment or pickup unless prior written credit terms have been approved by Express Parts Supply.
Wholesale customers may be eligible for special pricing or account terms only after account approval.

Store Pickup / Local Pickup
Some products may be available for local pickup. Not all items qualify for pickup, and availability may vary.
You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup. Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received confirmation that your order is ready.
When picking up an order, the original purchaser may be required to show:
- A valid government-issued photo ID
- The order confirmation
- The payment card used for the order, if requested
Pickup orders may be held for up to two business days after the order is ready. If the order is not picked up within the allowed time, the order may be canceled or returned to inventory.
Express Parts Supply reserves the right to limit pickup availability, pickup quantities, and pickup hours.
Order Cancellation
Because we process and ship orders quickly, cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible.
To request cancellation, please contact us by phone during business hours. Cancellation requests by email, voicemail, fax, or mail may not be processed before the order ships.
If your order has not shipped, we may cancel it without charge. If your order has already shipped, it cannot always be canceled or intercepted.
If a shipment can be stopped or returned by the carrier, additional carrier fees may apply. USPS shipments generally cannot be reversed once shipped. In that case, the customer may be responsible for shipping charges.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or no longer need the product, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving the item.
To request a return, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization, also known as an RMA.

Returned items must be:
- Approved for return before being shipped back
- In unused condition
- Free from damage
- In original packaging when applicable
- Returned with all included parts, accessories, manuals, labels, and packaging
Customers are responsible for properly packaging returned items. Items damaged during return shipping due to poor packaging may not qualify for a full refund.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible.
Shipping charges, handling fees, special order fees, and restocking fees may be non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or approved by Express Parts Supply.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Limitation of Liability
Express Parts Supply is not responsible for damages resulting from improper installation, incorrect part selection, misuse, unauthorized repairs, electrical issues, appliance damage, loss of business, loss of income, labor charges, service call charges, installation costs, or other indirect or consequential damages.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that parts are installed safely and correctly. We recommend installation by a qualified technician when appropriate.
