Return Policy

At Express Parts Supply, we stand behind the products we sell and are committed to providing reliable parts and strong customer support.

We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible parts. Customers must contact us within 30 days from the date the product is received to request a return.

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization, also known as an RMA, before the item is shipped back. Returns sent without an approved RMA may not be accepted or processed.

30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if the product is unused, not installed, undamaged, and in resalable condition.

Once your return request is approved, we will issue an RMA number. The RMA number must be included with your return shipment for proper credit processing.

Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee will be applied to returned merchandise unless the item is defective or the return is due to an error made by Express Parts Supply.

Original shipping charges, handling charges, and expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns for Unused / Not Installed Products

Express Parts Supply can process returns only for products purchased directly from Express Parts Supply.

To qualify for return, the product must meet the following requirements:

  • Return request must be made within 30 days of receiving the item.
  • Product must not have been installed.
  • Product must be unused.
  • Product must be free from damage, scratches, defects, or signs of installation.
  • Product must be in resalable condition.
  • Product must include the original manufacturer packaging when applicable.
  • Manuals, accessories, packaging materials, labels, and included parts must be returned.
  • Any free or gift items included with the order must also be returned.
  • Product must be returned with the assigned RMA number.
  • Return shipment must be sent using a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Writing on, taping, labeling, or damaging the original manufacturer packaging is strictly prohibited and may result in the return being denied.

Incorrect Item Received

If you received the wrong item due to an error by Express Parts Supply, please contact us right away.

After verification, we will work to send the correct item at no additional cost and may provide instructions for returning the incorrect item. If the return is due to our error, Express Parts Supply will cover the approved return shipping cost.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Installed parts
  • Used parts
  • Electrical parts that have been installed
  • Special order items
  • Clearance items
  • Overstock items
  • Scratch and dent items
  • Free or gift items as a standalone return
  • Items missing original packaging or accessories
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Expedited shipping charges
  • Handling charges

Express Parts Supply reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet our return requirements.

Customer Responsibilities

When returning an item, the customer is responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs unless the return is due to an Express Parts Supply error.
  • Properly packaging the item to prevent damage during return shipping.
  • Using a traceable shipping method such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
  • Keeping the tracking number until the return is processed.
  • Filing any claim directly with the carrier if the return package is lost or damaged in transit.

Express Parts Supply is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged by the shipping carrier.

Free Shipping Orders

If your original order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost paid by Express Parts Supply may be deducted from your refund.

If your order included paid shipping, original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Express Parts Supply.

Returning Freight Items

Items shipped by freight must be returned by an approved freight carrier. The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for freight return shipping unless the return is due to an Express Parts Supply error.

Return Shipping Timeframe

Returned products must be shipped back within the timeframe provided with your RMA approval. RMA numbers may expire if the return is not shipped back on time.

What Happens After We Receive Your Return

Once Express Parts Supply receives your returned product, we will inspect it to confirm that it meets our return requirements.

Inspection usually takes 2–5 business days after the return is received.

Approved Returns

If the return is approved, we will process the refund within 3–7 business days after approval.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. Depending on your bank, credit card company, or payment provider, it may take up to 10 business days or longer for the refund to appear on your account.

Approved refunds may be reduced by:

  • 20% restocking fee
  • Original shipping cost
  • Handling charges
  • Missing items or accessories
  • Damage or packaging issues

Denied Returns

If a returned product does not meet our return requirements, the return may be denied.

If your return is denied, we will notify you. The product will be held for pickup or return shipping arrangements.

Express Parts Supply will not issue a refund for denied returns. The customer is responsible for arranging pickup or paying shipping costs if they want the item returned.

If we are unable to reach you or receive instructions within 10 business days after the failed inspection notice, storage charges may apply.
